How It Works

After completing your purchase of NVT Nutrition Coaching, we'll use the first name, last name, and email address provided during checkout to create your account on the Trainerize platform, where you'll access your personalized nutrition coaching.

Once your account has been created, you'll receive an email directly from Trainerize inviting you to set your password and activate your account.

Through the Trainerize app, you'll be able to:

• Access your personalized nutrition plan;

• View your calorie and macronutrient targets;

• Track your nutrition and monitor your progress;

• Monitor key metrics such as body weight, body measurements, and progress photos;

• Communicate directly with our coaching team;

• Receive ongoing updates and adjustments to your nutrition plan whenever needed.

There's no need to create an account yourself—we'll take care of the entire setup process for you.

Please note: Trainerize accounts are created manually by our coaching team. Your invitation email will be sent within 24 business hours of your purchase confirmation. Once your account has been activated, we'll contact you to begin your nutrition coaching and outline the next steps of your program.
